Our Story
A space where women stopped waiting to be invited in. Creative Girls Club started in the beginning of 2026 as a small, informal gathering in Riga. It's grown into a community of nearly 2,000 women - and it's still built the same way: intentionally, one idea at a time.
Creative Girls Club began with a simple idea: bring women together in a space built for real connection, not networking small talk.
Two women hosted the first gathering, not sure if anyone would show up.They didn't expect what happened next. Word spread. The gatherings kept growing. What began as a handful of women meeting up became a community of nearly 2,000 within months.
The demand told us something about what was missing. Women weren't just looking for something social to do on a Saturday — they were looking for community, support, and real professional connection.
As members got to know each other, informal friendships turned into something more: women exchanged services, referred clients, collaborated on projects, and showed up for each other's growth. The club didn't design that outcome. The members created it.

Where We’re Headed
Our vision is to expand this sanctuary of creativity across the Baltics, creating a network of spaces where every woman feels empowered to explore her artistic voice while finding a supportive sisterhood that lasts.
Where We're Headed
What started as informal meetups is growing into something more structured. Alongside our regular events, the club is building workshops on sales, marketing, personal branding, and professional visibility — plus mentorship and career-exploration programming to help women test out a path before committing to it.
Creative Growth
We are dedicated to evolving our workshop series, bringing in master artisans and local experts to help our members refine their skills and discover brand-new passions in a gentle, encouraging environment.
For a lot of women, the message growing up was the same, wherever you were from: be quieter, take up less space, don't draw attention to yourself. Never raise your hand if you have a question. Never defend your ideas. Think twice before you speak.
That's the gap Creative Girls Club exists to close. The most talented women in this community aren't held back by a lack of skill or opportunity — they're held back by not feeling comfortable saying what they're capable of out loud. Sometimes the only mentorship a woman needs is somebody willing to say, "I've got your back. You're great and amazing." That's the role this club tries to play for its members.
Creativity is at the center of how we build that confidence. It's the ability to think outside the box — to find a solution where nobody else sees one. When you try something that comes purely from your own imagination and experience, and it works, that's one of the most powerful confidence-builders there is. That's why our gatherings are hands-on and creative, not just conversation over drinks.
